How to return
- Email us at lordssoncompany@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Send the item back in its original condition with all parts included.
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund — you won't pay for return shipping.
12-Month Guarantee
Every projector is covered for 12 months against defects. If it stops working under normal use, contact us and we'll replace it.
